Amy Delducco arrives to Sotheby's with a family history in Sandpoint dating back to the 1940's. 

Long time locals remember the big blue farm house along Highway 200.  Louis Delducco, Amy's paternal grandfather, won the 242 acre property in a weekly poker game.  He loved to play and told stories of winning and losing what is now known as the Ponder Point property on several occasions.  He and his wife Evelyn owned and operated the Terminal Cafe which was located near the Panida Theater in downtown Sandpoint.

 Amy was raised in Northern Minnesota and furthered her education in Washington State where she met her husband, Steve.  Steve and Amy found that returning to Sandpoint was the easy choice when deciding where to settle down and raise their two boys.
