Carlene is a true native of North Idaho. She was born in Missoula, Montana, Raised and educated in the Priest River/ Priest Lake area. She graduate from Priest River High School and married her high school sweetheart, Jim. Her two children, Aaron and Katie, were born and raised in the Priest River/Priest Lake area and they both attended the local schools. To quote Carlene, Priest River is a great little town, a Friendly, no nonsense but relaxed kind of town and she loves it. She loves living and playing in this beautiful area and sharing it with her grandchildren Hannah,Hayley,Hunter.Harvey and James. Its easy to see that Carlene is really invested in the community.
Real Estate to Carlene is a lifelong career/profession. She was licensed in 1997 and has been working in the Priest River area since that time. Since obtaining her real estate license, Carlene has received her GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation in 2000 and completed and obtained the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) designation and passed the Idaho State Brokers exam to obtain her Associate Broker license.
Carlene plans on working and serving the communitys real estate needs for a long time to come. She enjoys the excitement of being able to help someone fulfill their dreams of homeownership and help overcoming the challenges and obstacles inherent with some transactions.
